Cutlery

When trekking, you might need lightweight cutlery for your meals. They are made of lightweight materials such as plastic or titanium. There's a specially developed spoon for freeze-dried food that you usually eat directly from the bag. The spoon, therefore, has a long handle so that it can reach all the way to the bottom of the pack. Find a range of different cutlery here.

What's a "spork"?
The term spork is a mixture of two words: spoon and fork. The origin of the spork dates back to 1874 when it was patented. A spork as we know it today is a clever 3-i-1 solution with a spoon on one side and a fork with knife on the other. The spork is usually made of plastic or titanium to ensure a light weith for a trip.
